Maths Tuition Center for Primary class 4

Maths tuition centre for primary class 4 introduces students to new topics that require fresh understanding and new technical skills. Students require certain P3 skills and knowledge as the curriculum expands on that along with new complexities.

About the Content: Primary Class 4 mathematics include new topics such as decimals, factors and multiples and symmetry. Students will build their basics on topics such as fractions, area and perimeter and geometry. Topics such as basic arithmetic to rounding off and four operations of decimals will also be taught. Also, students will be taught how to solve world problems involving equal fractions, redistribution and part whole relationship involving remainder values.

Skills and Techniques:

Students will use a protractor to draw No measure angles.
Students will apply heuristics such as branching, numbering, value and unitary method in problem solving.

Target students: This course is designed only for primary class 4 students.

At this course the students will learn how to apply new skills through practical learning such as using the eight-point compass and other such geometric properties to find out points on a map.
Students will be involved in activities such as cutting out symmetrical snowflakes from origami paper and appreciate the real-life application of math’s.
Students will be taught new contacts of maths though board games and online games and card games, for example war of numbers that requires students to match fractions and decimals of equal value
